About

Built by an agency that was tired of burning domains.

Mailnurse is the tool we needed at Lanello. So we built it.

The Lanello story

Lanello is a cold-email agency. By early 2026 we were running more than two hundred sending accounts across a dozen clients — and the same wall kept showing up.

Domains burned silently. Two weeks would pass before anyone on the team noticed that a workspace had drifted from inbox to spam, and by then the campaign was already cold. Replacing a burned domain took roughly ten hours of careful, manual work spanning Spaceship for the registration, Cloudflare for the DNS records, Workspace for the mailboxes, and Instantly for the sending configuration. The triage rules existed only in the heads of the two senior deliverability operators, which meant junior team members either waited for them or guessed.

Robin — the founder — decided the agency could not scale unless its infrastructure stopped being a manual chore and started behaving like a watchful instrument. The vitals had to be continuously measured, the rules had to be codified once and applied uniformly, and the rotation had to happen end-to-end without a human in the loop. Mailnurse was the answer; we built it for ourselves first, and then for everyone running the same play.

What we believe

Care, expressed as precision.

Cold-email infrastructure is invisible until it fails. Most products fix the visible failure; Mailnurse measures the silent decay before it becomes a failure. The discipline we draw on isn't marketing — it's cardiology. A vital sign is meaningful because it's measured continuously, the same way, by an instrument that does not get tired or change its mind.

Boring is the goal.

Cold-email operators do not want exciting dashboards. They want their inbox-placement chart to look the same tomorrow as it does today. Mailnurse's job is to be quiet, calibrated, and absolutely trustworthy. If we have done the work properly, you should hardly notice we exist — until the moment we keep a campaign from going dark.

The agency is the customer.

Most cold-email tools are built for solo operators sending out of a single inbox. Mailnurse is built for the agencies running a hundred or more accounts across a dozen or more clients — multi-tenant by default, roll-up reporting as a first-class feature, white-label on the Agency tier. The shape of the product is dictated by the shape of the work.

Where we are

Mailnurse launched publicly on May 22, 2026. The dashboard at app.mailnurse.io runs the production product; the marketing site you're reading runs the public face. The team is small and focused, working mostly between Antwerp and Bogotá.
