Common questions before you start the trial.

How does the 14-day free trial work?
You sign up at app.mailnurse.io/signup with an email — no credit card. You get full access to the Pro tier for fourteen days. At the end of the trial you choose a plan; if you do nothing the account downgrades to a read-only view, no charges, no surprise renewal.
What counts as a "sending account"?
One mailbox from which you send cold email. A Workspace domain that hosts five mailboxes counts as five sending accounts. Account counts in the tier limits are total mailboxes across all workspaces in your Mailnurse subscription.
How does billing work?
Monthly or annual, paid up front. Annual gets two months free. You can switch tiers any time — proration handles the rest. Payment is via Stripe (cards, ACH on Agency+, invoice on Enterprise).
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds for the unused remainder. Your data stays exportable for 30 days after cancellation, then is hard-deleted.
Where is my data stored, and who can access it?
Customer data is stored on AWS (us-east-1, eu-west-1 on request). Access is restricted to Mailnurse engineering — every internal access is logged. We do not sell, share, or train models on customer data. A Data Processing Agreement is available for Agency and Enterprise tiers.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Switching to Enterprise involves a short conversation; the booking link is the "Talk to sales" CTA on the Enterprise tier.
Do you offer refunds?
The 14-day trial exists so you can verify product fit before billing. After that, refunds are case-by-case — if Mailnurse causes an issue that you can document and we cannot resolve, we refund. Routine "I changed my mind" cancellations are honored at end-of-period without refund.
What about Enterprise — custom contracts?
Enterprise tiers ship with a custom MSA, custom DPA, optional dedicated infrastructure, and a named customer-success engineer. Pricing scales with account count and SLA tightness. Book a call via the "Talk to sales" CTA on the Enterprise tier to scope.
